What are miners?

On Based Miner, you hire miners who will mine diamonds for you. You can invest these diamonds into purchasing more miners (who will mine more diamonds for you) or swap them for Ethereum.

What are the maximum number of miners I can hire?

You can only hire a maximum number of miners that is equivlent to 15% of the TVL in any given transaction. You may hire more miners after this. This is to ensure equitable access for everyone!

What is a TVL?

The TVL is the Total Value Locked in the Based Mine. As this increases over time, so does the value of the diamonds you mine, and the price of the miners to mine them!

How much do I make each day?

This number is subject to fluctuate but can increase dramatically! 8% daily returns is indicative but could be significantly higher.

Can I re-hire miners with the diamonds I earn?

Yes! There is a 60 minute cool down period on rehiring. But every hour you can reinvest the diamonds you have mined into hiring more miners!
